Large lists, straight answers, no annual contract.
You can verify a million addresses on this site today without speaking to anybody, and get a quote above that by sending one email. What you will not get is a discovery call, a twelve-month commitment, or credits that expire before you have used them.

The problems that show up at volume are rarely the ones on a feature comparison chart.
Several of the larger providers expire unused credits twelve months after purchase. Buy for a migration that slips a quarter and you pay twice. Ours do not expire, which is a term in our contract rather than a promise on a landing page.
The published rate falls as the tier rises, all the way to a million addresses, and it is on the pricing page. Above a million we quote, but you are negotiating from a number you already know.
Credits sit in one balance rather than being split across per-seat plans, so a brand, a region or an agency partner can draw on the same pool without a new subscription each time.
Lists, results and bulk job data are deleted automatically after 60 days. Our data processing agreement is published rather than produced on request, so a security review can start before a sales conversation does.
Nothing is gated behind a plan. The endpoint your engineers integrate on a free account is the endpoint that processes a million addresses.
We are a small team, which cuts both ways — there is no dedicated account manager, and there is also no support tier between you and someone who can read the code.
Pay-as-you-go rates at founders pricing, locked through the end of 2026. A monthly subscription takes another 20% off if your volume is predictable.
| Addresses | Price | Per address |
|---|---|---|
| 50,000 | $125.00 | $0.0025 |
| 100,000 | $200.00 | $0.0020 |
| 250,000 | $375.00 | $0.0015 |

Credits never expire, there is no monthly minimum, and nothing renews unless you choose a subscription. See the full pricing table.
Bulk jobs are processed in parallel across our own probe infrastructure rather than through a single mail server, so a large file is not stuck behind one connection. Every address comes back with the same result shape the API returns for a single call.
Upload through the dashboard or the API — the endpoints are identical either way
Progress is pollable while the job runs, so you can wire it into your own pipeline
Results download as a labelled file with the status, sub-status and score for every address
Duplicates inside a single list are charged once
The things a security review will ask about, answered here rather than after three weeks of email.
Email lists, verification results and bulk job data are deleted automatically 60 days after processing. It is stated in our privacy policy, which is public.
Our data processing agreement is published at clearbounce.net/dpa, so your legal team can read it before you spend anything. If your procurement process needs its own paper instead, send it over and we will look at it.
We are not SOC 2 certified today, and we would rather tell you now than let it surface in a security review. If that is a hard requirement, it is worth knowing before you evaluate anything else.
Access is per account with rotatable API keys. There is no SSO or multi-user role model yet — if that would block a rollout, tell us, because it changes what we build next.
At volume, a clean list stops being the whole story. Authentication that drifted after an infrastructure change, or a sending IP that quietly landed on a blocklist, will hold back mail that every address on it could have received.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked for the domains you actually send from
Your domains and sending IPs monitored against the major public blocklists and re-checked daily
ClearBounce Shield stops bad addresses at the form, so the next cleanup is smaller than this one
No. Buy credits when you need them and they stay on the account until you spend them. If your volume is steady, a monthly subscription is cheaper, but it is optional and you can cancel it.
Send us the volume and the timeframe and we will quote it. There is no discovery process in front of that — the published tiers already tell you roughly where the number will land.
Yes, in the sense that credits live in one account rather than being tied to seats or plans. What we do not have yet is per-user roles and separate logins, so today that means sharing account access or issuing separate API keys.
No. We are GDPR-ready, we publish a DPA, and we delete list data after 60 days — but we do not hold a SOC 2 report, and we are not going to imply otherwise. If your review requires one, that is a real blocker and you should know it up front.
It depends far more on what is in the list than on its size, because the slowest providers set the pace. Jobs run in parallel across our probe network, and you can poll progress the whole way through rather than waiting for an email.
Us. There is no support tier to escalate through — the people answering are the people who wrote the verification engine. That is genuinely faster for hard problems and genuinely worse if you need 24-hour coverage.
