ClearBounce is a product operated by Murat Cakular (sole proprietor). By accessing or using ClearBounce's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

ClearBounce provides email verification services including:

• Single email verification
• Bulk email list verification
• Real-time API verification
• Email deliverability testing
• Form protection widgets

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial emails
• Harvest email addresses for unauthorized purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

• Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire
• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually
• All purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee (see Refund Policy below)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

One-Time Credit Purchases: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Contact us at support@clearbounce.net to initiate the refund.

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal, you are entitled to a full refund for that billing period. Cancellations after 30 days take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund: Contact us at support@clearbounce.net with your account email and order details. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

We commit to:

• 99.9% uptime for our API and web services
• 99.5% accuracy in email verification results
• Processing times as advertised for each service tier

Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding our SLA commitments.

All content, features, and functionality of ClearBounce are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

ClearBounce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
